"As an already established key joinery supplier within the shop-fitting and retail solutions market, Dynamix Display had already set a high standard. An aggressive approach to beating lead times, coupled with the ownership and delivery of quality retail fixtures, set the tone and perfectly aligned the business with today's retailers' demands.
In June 2020, I joined James and Aaron to create a brand-new group of companies positioned in a space with a unique proposition. Having spent nearly 30 years in the corporate environment, operating amongst the global retail solutions giants, I realised the changing retail market had created a space for something radical, with a focus on agility and innovation. I wanted to create a special culture and environment for people to grow within - one without politics and red tape.
By 1 August 2020, Dynamix Group was born.
Today, we are proud to have delivered on our vision with a fantastic team of like-minded experts, all working within this special business culture. We are now a 50-strong team, delivering a mix of complex projects, mid- to high-volume manufacturing, and exceptional front-end project ownership. Together, we form a safe pair of hands for our customers.

"Off the back of our existing partnerships, we have upgraded our structure and executed operational changes within our organisation to further improve our speed to market, efficiencies, communication and ultimately a truly aligned operational team to compliment your performance in an aggressive market.
We have created a central operations team, situated within our main office, and have invested in a new software package to assist them. The team comprises of, a senior operations/production manager, 2 designers of various levels, a procurement manager, services manager and transport manager, supported by James, Aaron and I.
I have segmented the team from the non-direct, which we have titled our professional services team. They comprise of a full-time HR professional as well as our accounts team. Collectively, they help to deliver best in class colleague support, health and safety strategies, people development and complete compliance."
